Uniform Requirements and Standards

Uniform Policy

Topcrest International School maintains a formal and well-structured uniform policy to promote discipline, unity, equality, and a sense of institutional identity among students. Wearing the official school uniform is mandatory for all students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The uniform reflects the values of professionalism, modesty, and respect that the school upholds. Students are expected to wear the prescribed uniform neatly and correctly at all times while on campus and during official school activities.

General Guidelines

All uniforms must be clean, properly ironed, and in good condition. Students must wear the complete uniform as prescribed for their respective grade level. Alterations to the official design, color, or pattern are not permitted. Shoes must be polished and appropriate for school use. Hair should be neat and properly groomed. Accessories that are not part of the official uniform are not allowed.

Daily School Uniform

For Boys

Boys are required to wear the official school shirt with the embroidered school logo, formal school trousers in the approved color, a school tie, and a belt where applicable. Black formal shoes and approved school socks must be worn at all times.

For Girls

Girls are required to wear the official school shirt with the embroidered logo and the approved skirt or trousers as designated for their grade level. The official school scarf or tie must be worn where required. Black formal shoes and approved school socks must be worn. The uniform must be worn modestly and according to school guidelines.

Kindergarten Uniform

Kindergarten students wear a simplified version of the school uniform designed for comfort and ease of movement. This includes the official school polo shirt with logo and approved shorts or trousers. Comfortable black shoes and socks are required.

Physical Education Uniform

On designated Physical Education days, students must wear the official PE uniform, which includes the school sports T-shirt and track pants or shorts as approved by the school. Appropriate sports shoes must be worn. Students are not permitted to attend PE classes without the proper sports uniform.

Winter Uniform

During the winter season, students may wear the official school sweater, blazer, or jacket as approved by the administration. Only school-approved outerwear is permitted inside the campus. Unauthorized sweaters, hoodies, or jackets are not allowed.

Identity Card

All students must wear their official school identification card while on campus. The ID card must be visible at all times. Loss of ID card must be reported immediately to the school office for replacement.

Uniform Compliance

Failure to comply with the uniform policy may result in disciplinary action as per school regulations. Repeated violations may lead to formal warnings or other appropriate measures. Parents are requested to ensure that their children adhere strictly to the uniform guidelines.

Official Suppliers

School uniforms must be purchased from authorized suppliers approved by Topcrest International School to ensure consistency in design, fabric, and quality.

The uniform policy reflects the school’s commitment to maintaining discipline, equality, and a strong institutional identity within the academic community.
